Abstract

In the work we tried to describe the method of detection and quantitative chromatogram analysis of neutral lipids extracted from different tissue extracts obtained from 6 types of fishes. This technique can be applied for the identification and characterization of lipid tissue components in the species exposed to exotoxin.

The method of detection and chromatogram analysis involves detection on photo-material, densitometry. The results of quantitative analysis of neutral lipids which are presented in 6 tables show a high degree of reproducibility and are compatible with those obtained with classical analytical and quantitative methods.

Qualitative analysis of phospholipids showed that phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidyl ethanolamine represent the types of lipids which dominate in all the types of tissues.

This corelates well with Smirnov’s (1970) and Femagalli’s (1976) results that also detected same tissue types in the fishes of different sorts.
