Klinički efekti hemofereze kod hemoblastoza, inhibitor he- mofilije i miastenije gravis

Alteracija složene morfološke i funkcionalne strukture hemopoeznog tkiva u smislu leukemičkog procesa, pojava kako morfološki tako i funkcionalno promijenjenih leukocita u periferiji, praćena nizom poremećaja koji se više ili manje manifestuju u radu svih funkcionalnih sistema organizma, predstavlja veoma kompleksan i do danas nedovoljno proučen problem. Zavisno od vrste celija koje su zahvaćene malignim procesom te ,,nivoa” njihove fiziološke potentnosti, opšte reakcije organizma na maligni proces, te mogućnosti terapijskih mjera kojima su upliće u komplikovane procese malignih ćelija, izdiferencirane su pojedine forme leukoza. Usvojenu terminologiju, koju rutinski koristimo pri označavanju pomenutih kvaliteta malignog procesa, ne bismo smjeli smatrati oštrom ogradom između pojedinih formi; no, u većini slučajeva, znatan dio do danas dobro proučenih oblika posjeduje više ili manje jasnija patološka svojstva, koja se „tipično” manifestiraju (npr. splenomegalija, limfomi itd), što ima veliki značaj u dijagnostici, terapiji i prognozi pomenutog stanja.
