Cell-Mediated Immunity in Chronic Renal Insufficienty

Cell-mediated immunity in uremic patients was evaluated using the delayed hypersensitivity skin reactions to dinitrochlorobenzene. The significant difference was found between normal Controls (sensitized in 93,3%) and uremic (sensitized in 9,4%). Results of the study were discussed in light of the implications to the basic kidney disease.
