Abstract

On the three isolated innervated organs with accessory nerves the effect of neuromyotonic is analysed.

Neurotoxin Penitrem A increases the effect of stimulation of oesophageal nerves which are cholinergic somatic nerves. The oesophagus is prepared of rats or mice. Penitrem A decreases the effect of electrical stimulation of- autonomic cholinergic and adrenergic nerves of mice, but increases the effect of some nerves of rats. Recorded differences of the species suggested different mechanism and site of actions of neuromyotonic Penitrem A.

The urinary bladder is prepared with cholinergic pelvic nerve and the vas deferens is prepared with adrenergic hypogastric nerve.
