In the year of the quality of health care quality of drug research was stressed. One of the first steps in the pharmacological evaluation of substances is in vitro investigation. The isolated organs with extrinsic and intrinsic nerve electrical stimulation could be used to get the results for the first decision about the quality of future drugs. Using the isolated organs with a simultaneous stimulation of their motor nerve, the danger of false-positive or false-negative results could be decreased. It is a danger to accept substance for further investigation or to abandon the substance which could be a useful future drug. The isolated and innervated organs as model-systems could help to make adequate decisions.
